Known for his forward-looking vision “A future where AI transforms pathology, making high-quality care accessible and affordable to all” Steve has been at the forefront of pioneering diagnostic solutions and telemedicine offerings that improve cancer patient outcomes worldwide. Building on a strong foundation in mathematics and executive management, Steve has consistently driven revenue growth, operational scalability, and innovative product development across multiple organizations. From spearheading early digital pathology ventures to advancing AI-enabled pathology services at a global scale, he thrives in dynamic environments that push the boundaries of technology and patient care.

Witold Rezner, MD, PhD

Team Leader, consultant pathologist and scientist with special interest in digital pathology. Has experience in digital pathology incorporation into a routine practice, design and validation of pathological diagnostics based on digital images. Deeply involved in research and development project to construct software supporting pathological diagnoses. Certified by Polish Board of Pathology and European Board of Pathology, registered also by British General Medical Council.

Jude Senarathne, MD

Trained as both a pathologist and computer programmer, he brings a uniquely interdisciplinary approach to modern pathology. With over a decade of experience in implementing and optimizing pathology imaging systems, his work centers on digital transformation and workflow integration. He has played a key role in developing and validating AI algorithms for pathology, and has led numerous clinical and research initiatives involving whole slide imaging and AI-assisted diagnostics. Previously served as Director of Digital Pathology at CellCarta and NYU, and has consulted for several leading health technology companies.

Agnieszka Radowicz-Chil, MD, PhD

Consultant pathologist and scientist with special interest and vast experience in gastrointestinal pathology and thyroid cytology. Academic teacher at the Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce. Previously and currently involved in scientific multicenter cooperation with clinicians and lab scientists. Has experience in working as a consultant pathologist in the United Kingdom.

Katarzyna Milian-Ciesielska, MD

Consultant pathologist with special interest in uropathology and pancreatic pathology. Scientist and teaching assistant. Research focuses on small fiber neuropathy, endometrial and colon cancer. Certified by Polish Board of Pathology. Member of the Polish Society of Pathology.

Marcin Zaremba, MD, PhD

Consultant pathologist and scientist with special interest in haematopathology. Has extensive experience in oncological pathology. Academic teacher at the Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce. For many years involved in drug research  in cooperation with pharmaceutical companies and clinicians by holding the position of a clinical research monitor.

Małgorzata Kurzępa, MD

Consultant pathologist with special interest in uropathology and dermatopathology. Over 10 years of experience in cellular pathology, including 6 years of UK experience (e.g. Royal Marsden Hospital, St. George’s Hospital in London). Strongly involved in incorporation of digital pathology into a routine practice. Certified by Polish Board of Pathology, registered by British General Medical Council (GMC). Member of Royal College of Pathologists, European Society of Pathologists and British Association of Urological Pathologists.

Katarzyna Kuszewska

Biologist and scientist with special interest in cell biology and mutagenesis. Ph.D. student (4th year of study). Ph.D. dissertation focuses on age-related changes in the integrity of nuclear chromatin of dermal fibroblasts. Has experience in the assessment of mammalian cell lines, and their suitability for biobanking and somatic cloning. Co-participated in the establishment of the first Feline cell biobank in Poland. Has vast experience in Laboratory, including in vitro, cytogenetics, microscopic, and molecular biology methods. Has attended domestic and international Internships. Cooperates with Recombinant Protein Laboratory, Center for Experimental and Innovative Medicine (OMEiI), University of Agriculture in Krakow.

Małgorzata Waszak

Biotechnology engineer and bio-medical analyst with special interest in cancer biology and histological techniques. Also involved in gynecological cytopathology. Has an experience in the assessment of cell lines.

Piotr Paul, MD

Consultant pathologist and scientist working in the Pathology Department of the Maria Sklodowskiej-Curie National Research Institute of Oncology, Gliwice branch. Academic teacher and research assistant at the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Opole. Previously, research assistant at the Dana Farber Cancer Institute in Boston, USA and a Ph.D. student at the University of Melbourne and the prestigious Sir Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre in Melbourne, Australia. Member of the United States and Canadian Academy of Pathology (USCAP) and the Polish Society of Pathologists (PTP).
